My stay at Coast Capri in Kelowna was fantastic. the staff truly went above and beyond, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were majorly clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the safety measures taken during my visit. However, there was a minor hiccup with one staff member not being as accommodating as the others, dampening an otherwise excellent experience.
